Report content
RESTREAMER 24/7 transmits video that its customers supply to channels they hold on Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Rumble and Facebook. We do not select the content. If something streamed through the service infringes your rights or is unlawful, tell us here — we act on notices, quickly.
Two ways to reach us. The form below, or email abuse@restreamer247.com. Notices are handled by RESTREAMER 24/7 (WG Realm, Hong Kong SAR); our designated agent for copyright notices under the US DMCA §512(c) is reachable at abuse@restreamer247.com.
What happens with a notice
- Acknowledgement to your contact email within 24 hours, with a reference number.
- Hold. Where the notice lets us identify the material, the file or folder stops going to air while we review — usually the same day.
- Decision with reasons, sent to you and to the customer: material removed or held, or the notice rejected (for example because it does not identify content we transmit, or the customer holds the rights). The customer may reply; where the law provides for it we forward that reply to you and act accordingly.
- Repeat infringers. A substantiated notice is a strike against the customer's account. Strikes count for 12 months; two active strikes end the account.
- Unlawful content (not a rights question) is held at once, preserved, and reported to the competent authorities.
What a copyright notice must contain
- The work you say is infringed (title, owner, registration if any) — or a representative list.
- Where it appeared: the platform and channel, and the date and time the material was on air. We transmit live streams, so a time window is what lets us find it.
- Your name, organisation (if you act for one) and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; that the notice is accurate; and, under penalty of perjury where that applies, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your signature (typed is fine).
Knowingly false notices can make you liable for the damage they cause. Notices about content we do not transmit (for example content on a platform that did not come through this service) will be rejected with an explanation.
If your content was held
Customers see every hold, its reason and any strike in their portal. If you believe a notice against your content is mistaken — you hold the rights, or the material was misidentified — reply to the decision email with your explanation and any licence. Where the applicable law provides a counter-notice procedure (for example US DMCA §512(g)), we follow it: your counter-notice is forwarded to the claimant, and the material is restored after the statutory period unless the claimant tells us they have filed for a court order.
