Acceptable Use Policy
RESTREAMER 24/7 rebroadcasts your own content to your own channels. It exists so a creator's library can play around the clock — not so that anyone's else's work can. This policy says what may not go through the service and what happens when it does.
1. Content you may not stream
- Anything you do not hold the rights to. Films, TV programmes, sports broadcasts, other people's streams or videos, music you have not licensed for live rebroadcast on each platform, game footage where the publisher forbids it. "It's on the internet", "I bought a copy" and "the platform hasn't complained" are not licences.
- Unlawful content of any kind, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist or violent extremist content, content that incites violence or hatred, non-consensual intimate imagery, and content that is illegal where the stream is available. We report this to the authorities.
- Content that breaks a platform's rules — the community guidelines and terms of the platform you stream to apply on top of this policy (sexual content, harassment, gambling, self-harm, spam and the rest).
- Deceptive "live" presentation where a platform forbids it: recorded material presented as though you are present and live. Label rebroadcasts as such in the title, tags or description; keep any disclosure a platform requires (Facebook requires a pre-recorded disclosure).
- Malware, exploits or content designed to interfere with a platform, a viewer's device or our infrastructure.
2. Conduct you may not engage in
- Using the service to evade a platform's enforcement — streaming to a new account after a ban for the same content, using someone else's account or key, or rotating keys to defeat a suspension.
- Giving a false rights statement in the portal, or streaming a folder for which you cannot make one.
- Sharing your portal login or stream keys, or publishing to a key from another service at the same time.
- Using the service to harass, impersonate or defraud anyone, or to send unsolicited messages through platform chat features we control on your behalf.
- Probing, scanning or attacking our infrastructure or other customers' streams.
3. What we do about it
- Hold. A file or folder in question stops going to air; the rest of your library continues. You see the hold and its reason in the portal.
- Strike. A substantiated complaint, a platform enforcement action, or a breach of this policy is recorded against your account. Strikes count for 12 months; one places your content under review, two end the account.
- Suspend. Transmission stops immediately for a serious or repeated breach, a complaint that appears valid, a platform action, or a legal requirement — with the reason.
- Terminate. Repeat infringers and anyone who streams unlawful content are removed from the service. No refund is due for a term already started.
- Preserve and report. Logs concerning the matter are kept beyond the normal retention period, and unlawful content is reported to the competent authorities.
We do not screen content before it goes to air and are under no obligation to monitor it. We act on what we learn — from rights-holders, platforms, our own checks, or you.
4. Reporting
If content streamed through the service infringes your rights or is unlawful, use the notice page or email abuse@restreamer247.com. Tell us what the content is, where it appeared (channel and time) and how to reach you. We acknowledge every notice and tell both sides what we decided.
